Verepor (“we”, “us”) provides field reporting and time-tracking software for contractors, jobsites, and service companies. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account data — name, email, password hash, and company membership (role, company name).
• Work data — daily reports, crew hours, cost codes, time-clock entries, project names, and job-site addresses you enter.
• Photos — images you upload to reports or the project gallery, stored in our cloud storage.
• Usage data — product analytics (e.g. sign-up, report submitted, PDF exported) via PostHog when enabled. We do not sell your data.
• Device & technical data — browser type, approximate location from IP, and error logs needed to operate the service.

How we use information

• Provide, secure, and improve Verepor for your company.
• Sync reports and photos across devices and team members.
• Generate PDF exports and share links you request.
• Send transactional email (sign-in links, invites) through our auth provider.
• Understand product usage so we can fix bugs and prioritize features.

Where data is stored

Application data is hosted on Supabase (PostgreSQL database and object storage) in the United States. Analytics may be processed by PostHog. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls so only your company members see your projects.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with subprocessors that help us run Verepor (hosting, auth, analytics, payment processing if you subscribe), when required by law, or when you explicitly export or share a report.

Retention

We keep your company data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account or company data by contacting us. Backups may persist for a limited period after deletion.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Company owners and managers control most field data on behalf of their crews. Contact us to exercise your rights.

Children

Verepor is a business product and is not directed at children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
